1. Flow of Production Line

First, primary crush material by jaw crusher (coarse jaw crusher) and then send it to the fine crusher (fine jaw crusher) or impact crusher by belt conveyor; after the fine crush, send material to the vibrating screen; the vibrating screen separates stone by size; stone with qualified size will be sent to the sand maker; and for those unqualified stone will be sent back to the fine jaw crusher.
